Ingredients
50 grains of walnuts
Shredded phyllo dough 450gr
350gr butter
Syrup ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups honey
2 1/2 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
3-4 cloves
3-4 Chinese Mandarin (KumQuat)
Method of preparation:
Syrup:
In a saucepan place all the ingredients for the syrup. Set on medium heat until boiling. Leave 3-4 minutes and remove from heat.
* Melt the butter completely on low heat.
* Open the phyllo dough very carefully without breaking the threads.
* Cover with a clean cloth so that the dough does not dry out.
* Create strips 3-4 cm thick and at the beginning of each strip at the center of the strip place a walnut.
* Wrap in the form of a well-pressed roll and place in the tray.
* Continue in the same way with the other rolls.
* Form 21 of these for a relatively small frying pan (half a pint)
* Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 '. The first 10 minutes covered with aluminum foil. Remove the aluminum and let it bake at the same temperature for other 10 minutes
* Remove it from the oven and sprinkle with the chilled syrup.
* Leave to rest overnight.

Sherbeti:
2 filxhan çaji sheqer
2 filxhan çaji mjalte
2 1/2 filxhane uje
2 shkopa kanelle
3-4 koka karafili
3-4 limona te vegjel ( Mandarina Kineze (KumQuat)
Menyra e pergatitjes:
Sherbeti:
Hidh ne nje tenxhere te gjithe perberesit per sherbetin. Vendose ne zjarr mesatar deri sa te marre vale. Lere 3-4 dhe hiqe nga zjarri.
Kadaifi:
Vendos gjalpin te shkrije ne zjarr te lehte
Hape kadaifin me shume kujdes duke shmangur keputjen e fijeve
Mbuloje me nje picete te paster me qellim qe te mos thahet nderkohe qe formon topthat
Krijo shirita me trashesi 3-4 cm dhe vendos ne krye te shiritit 1-1/2 kokerr arre.
Mbeshtille ne forme rroleje te ngjeshur mire dhe vendose ne tave
Vazhdo ne te njejten menyre me topthat e tjera.
Formo 21 te tille per nje tave relativisht te vogel (nje pellembe e gjysem)
Piqe ne furre ne temp 200 grade per 40’. 20 min e para te mbuluar me leter alumin. 20 minutat e tjera largoje aluminin dhe lere te piqet ne te njejten temperature
Hiqe nga furra dhe sperkate me sherbetin e ftohur nderkohe.
Lere gjate nates te pushoje.
