Bull's Eye Cookies Easy Recipe

Ingredients:
* 200gr flour
* 1 medium egg
* 100gr sugar (white or brown sugar)
* 100gr unsalted butter
* Jam or chocolate
* A pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 160 grade
- Heat the butter and milk together (until it reaches body temp)
- Beat the egg and salt and then add the milk & butter. Mix them.
- Add the flour gradually and form a dough.
- Divide dough into two equal balls. Flatten each ball into a disc 0.5cm height and wrap in plastic. Put it in the fridge and let it rest for at least two hours ( or overnight).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough.Take the mold you have chosen for your “bull’s-eye” and cut out many shortcrust pastry discs. (Look the picture)
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 '.
- Take them out of the oven and let cool.
- Pour the melted chocolate or jam mixture as desired.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
