Biscuit Ice Cream

🔮 Biscuit ice cream 🍹

Ingredients and procedure


Whip 250 ml of already sweetened cream.

Add 125 g icing sugar

2 pasteurized eggs

100gr condensed milk

150gr mascarpone

Divide the cream into two parts

In one add a teaspoon of vanilla extract

100gr crushed pine nuts

A pinch of Saffron

In the other one add 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa

Take the dry biscuits and just bathe them with coconut milk

Then place them precisely in containers suitable for the freezer

We pour and arrange the creams on the biscuit bases

Leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours
