Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza

Cauliflower pizza:


Ingredients:

1 head or 2 cups of cauliflower (large)

1 egg

1 cup parmesan cheese

salt

pepper

cardamom

oregano

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1 tomato

3 small balls of mozzarella

A spoonful of capers


Procedure:

• Grate fresh cauliflowers into granules.

• Heat the grated cauliflower in a skillet to evaporate the moisture on medium heat (about 10’)

• Remove skillet from burner

• In a ball beat the egg and add olive oil, parmesan cheese, pepper, cardamon, and cauliflower.

Make the dough.

• Place the dough on a pizza pan.

• Do not make the edges of the crust to thin.

Bake it at 200 * for 20-22 '

* Put the mozzarella cheese marinated with oregano and the capers. Sprinkle with olive oil and put back in the oven for another 10 '.

1/4 luge kafe piper

1/4 luge kafe kardamon

1 luge gjelle vaj ulliri

1 domate

3 topa te vegjel mozarela

1 luge kaperi


Pergatitja

- Grije lulelakren ne nje tas

- Tiganise ne zjarr te mesem duke e perzier regullisht perreth 10 minuta

- Hiqe nga zjarri dhe lere menjane

- Ne nje tas rrih vezen dhe me pas shto vajin, djathin e grire, piperin, kardamonin dhe ne fund lulelakren.

- Bej brumin

- Hidhe ne nje tave pice

- Kujdes, anet nuk duhet te jene te holla

- Piqe ne 200 grade per 20-22'

- Nxirre taven nga furra dhe vendos copat e djathit mocarela te marinuara me pare me caj ulliri, rigon dhe kaperi.

- Sperkate me vaj ulliri dhe rikthe taven ne furre per 10 minuta te tjera.

- Lere te ftohet dhe sherbeje
