Truffle Chocolate

Ingredients
200g dark chocolate chips
100ml cream
100g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp Waffer powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Baileys or chocolate extract
Procedure
Place the chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds with 10-second increments.
Pour heavy cream into a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.
Pour the cream over the chocolate and stir it until smooth. Add Waffer powder and vanilla extract and keep stirring. Set it aside for 2-3 hours.
Use a small spoon to measure the same amount of dough and roll the balls with your hands to make them as smooth as possible.
Place the balls on a plate and refrigerate for several hours.
Roll the balls in cocoa powder.
They are ready to serve immediately.

Shto Waffer te grire dhe ekstraktin e vaniljes dhe vazhdo perjerjen.
Lere menjane te ftohet plotesisht per 2-3 ore.
Me ane te nje luge te vogel formo topa ne masa te barabarte. Me ane te duarve jepu forme te sakte sferike ose kuboide.
Vendosi sferat ne nje pjate dhe pjaten ne frigorifer per disa ore.
Kaloi sferat ne pluhurin e kakaos.
Tanime jane gati per t'u sherbyer.
