The best old-fashioned doughnuts recipe

Ingredients
1 tsp honey
125g water
50g milk
1/4 tsp coarse salt
80g cream
25g fresh yeast
50g flour type 00
Procedure
- Set the pot on high heat and pour the water and salt in and bring the water to a boil.
- In a separate bowl add the fresh yeast and honey.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add milk and cream.
- Mix them (at a temperature of 37 degrees) and pour the yeast and honey mixture in the bowl and mix.
- Add the flour and make the dough. Use a wooden spoon until the dough starts to come together, then transfer to a flat surface. Begin to knead by hand for a couple of minutes.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Place the dough on a flat surface sprinkled with flour and roll it until about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 12 pieces and give each one the shape of a ball.
- Cover and let rest for 1 hour
- With a rolling pin, flatten the dough balls one by one and fry them until golden in plenty of oil
- Drain on a paper towel lined plate before tossing in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar
- Serve immediately.

Menyra e gatimit:
- Vendosim mbi zjarr ujin dhe kripen derisa uji te arrije temp 100 grade.
- Nderkohe, ne nje ene tjeter hedhim majane e fresket dhe mjaltin. I trazojme.
- Largojme nga zjarri tenxheren me uje e kripe dhe hedhim ne te qumeshtin dhe panen. I perziejme (temp 37 grade) dhe i hedhim mbi enen ku vendosem majane dhe i perziejme.
- Shtojme miellin dhe formojme brumin.
- Brumin e leme te pushoje 1 ore
- Brumin e ardhur e vendosim ne nje siperfaqe te sperkatur me miell dhe i japim formen e rrethit me trashesi 1/4 inch (6mm)
- Presim brumin ne 12 copa dhe seciles i japim formen e topit.
- I mbulojme me nje picete te paster dhe i leme te pushojne perreth 1 ore
- Me okllahi hapim topat nje e nga nje dhe i skuqim ne vaj te bollshem
I vendosim ne nje pjate ku paraprakisht kemi vendosur leter kuzhine.
