Easiest Chocolate Mousse Cake Recipe

Ingredients

100g whipping cream

20g unsweetened cocoa powder

500g milk

60g granulated sugar

27 corn starch

100g dark chocolate


Procedure

Pour the whipping cream into a bowl. The whipping cream should be at room temperature prior.

Sieve cocoa powder into the whipping cream. Stir it.

In another bowl mix together milk, sugar & corn starch.

Add the whipping cocoa cream into the second bowl. Stir it for 5 minutes.

Sift the mixture into a pot and bring it to a boil while stirring over low heat.

Add the dark chocolate and mix well to dissolve. When it starts to thicken, turn off the fire and keep stirring. To avoid any lumps, strain the mixture one last time.

The mixture is now ready to be poured into a mold, lined with parchment paper.

Let it cool in the refrigerator for 6 hours or even better overnight.

Before cutting, warm the knife with hot water so that the mousse doesn't stick.

Pergatitja

Hedhim kremin pana ne nje tas. Sitim mbi te kakaon.

I perziejme derisa kakao te tretet plotesisht.

Ne nje tas tjeter hedhim qumeshtin, sheqerin dhe niseshten. I perziejme se bashku.

Shtojme kremin e kakaos. E trazojme per 5 minuta me qellim qe masa te njetrajtesohet.

E kalojme ne site nderkohe qe masen e hedhim ne nje tenxhere.

E vendosim mbi zjarr te ulet dhe e trazojme here pas here.

Shtojme cokollaten e zeze. vazhdojme ta perziejme derisa masa te trashet.

E heqim nga zjarri dhe e hedhim ne nje tave (forme) ku me pare kemi shtruar leter kuzhine duke e kaluar ne site paraprakisht.

Lereni te ftohet ne frigorifer per 6 ore ose pergjate nates.

Kujdes: Lageni thiken me uje te nxehte para se te prisni embelsiren ne copa.
