Chicken breast with truffle cream sauce recipe (no mushrooms)

Ingredients

500g boneless skinless chicken breast

1 small onion

1 tsp honey

5 gloves garlic minced

3 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Herbs: rosemary, parsley, oregano, celery & cumin

Butter & olive oil.

300g heavy cream

50g grated parmesan cheese

Chicken seasoning

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

Procedure

First season the chicken in both sides. Let it rest for 30’

Put in the pan butter and oil than cook the chicken in a medium high heat for 3-4 min on each side.

Remove it on from the pan and covered with foil.

Add 2-3 tbsp of butter on the pan.

Add garlic and stir it for 1 minute

Add chopped onion and keep stirring. Pour the honey and mix it until the onion is caramelised.

Add salt and pepper to taste

Then add herbs.

Continue sautéing

Add the cream and give it a good mix. Add pepper to taste.

Add the parmesan cheese and keep stirring.

Turn off the heat and add the chicken back into the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid

Let it set until you are ready to serve.

500gr gjoks pule pa kocka, pa lekure

1 qepe e vogel

5 thelpinj hudhra

1 luge kafe mjalte

3 luge gjelle gjalp

1-2 luge gjelle vaj ulliri

1/2 luge kafe kripe

1/4 luge kafe piper

Ereza: rozmarine, majdanoz, selino, rigon dhe kumin.

300g pana

50g djathe te grire parmigiano


Aromatizues per filetot e pules:

1 luge te vogel qepe e thate e grire

1 luge te vogel hudher pluhur

1/2 luge e vogel kripe

1 limon


Menyra e gatimit:

Se pari, marino filetot e pules me ingredientet e mesiperm.

Lere menjane te pushoje 30’

Me pas, vendos ne nje tigan gjalpin dhe vajin e ullirit dhe skuqi filetot e pules nga te dyja anet, 3 minuta per cdo ane.

Largojme nga tigani filetot dhe i leme menjane te mbuluara me leter alumin.

Hidh ne tigan 2-3 luge gjelle gjalp.

Shto hudhrat e shtypura dhe trazoji per 1 min

Shto qepen e grire dhe gatuaje derisa te marre ngjyre kafe.

Shto mjaltin dhe vazhdo ta trazosh derisa te karamelizohet qepa.

Shto kripe dhe piper per ti dhene shije

Me pas shto erezat nje nga nje.

Vazhdo te trazosh edhe per pak.

Shto kremin pana dhe perzieje derisa te tretet plotesisht.

Shto nje te kapur gishtash piper.

Me pas hidh djathin e grire.

Fike soben dhe trazoje kremin edhe per pak. Rivendos filetot e pules ne tigan.

Mbulo tiganin me kapak.

Lere menjane derisa te sherbesh per te ngrene.
